2. Assessment and Diagnosis: We perform thorough inspections and diagnostics before undertaking any repairs or modifications. During the course of authorized work finding unexpected concerns is not uncommon, we cannot guarantee that all existing or potential issues will be detected or resolved.

3. Parts and Components: We source parts and components from reputable suppliers, and we use industry-standard practices in our repairs and installations. However, we cannot guarantee the performance, reliability, or longevity of third-party parts or components, nor can we be held liable for any defects or failures arising from their use.

4. Vehicle Modifications: Performance enhancements and modifications may alter the dynamics and characteristics of a vehicle. While we make every effort to ensure that modifications are safe and compliant with relevant regulations, the responsibility for compliance and safety ultimately rests with the vehicle owner. Our products and services are intended exclusively for off-road use, in accordance with legal regulations. Release of Liability: Clients release EFI Alchemy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from or related to the services provided, including but not limited to negligence, errors, omissions, or unforeseen complications. This release extends to claims made by the client, their representatives, insurers, or any third parties.

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless EFI Alchemy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or actions, including legal fees, arising from or related to the client's use of our services or their vehicle, including but not limited to claims made by third parties.

8. Modification Policy: Modifications to this disclaimer for liability must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. No verbal agreements or modifications will be considered valid.

9. Legal Jurisdiction: This disclaimer for liability is governed by the laws of Clay County, and any disputes arising from or related to its interpretation or enforcement shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Clay County.
