Policies & Standards
EFI ALCHEMY operates under defined policies and standards designed to protect customers, vehicles, and outcomes.
Calibration vs Repair
Calibration is a structured procedure that aligns vehicle operating parameters to achieve defined performance or drivability outcomes.
Repair and overhaul services restore or replace mechanical components.
Calibration does not include mechanical repair unless specifically authorized.
Scope of Calibration Services
Calibration services at EFI ALCHEMY may involve electronic control modules installed within a vehicle or electronic components provided independently for authorized calibration-related services.
Off-vehicle electronic services, including controller unlocking or bench flashing, are subject to the same documentation and authorization standards as in-vehicle calibration work.
Authorization & Documentation
All services require electronic authorization through our shop management system.

Testing & Risk Disclosure
Vehicle testing, including street testing and chassis dynamometer operation, involves risk.
Vehicles can and do experience mechanical failure during or after testing.
Testing activities are documented through data and, when applicable, video recording.
No Implied Warranty
Unless expressly stated on the work order or invoice, EFI ALCHEMY makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding repair, overhaul, or calibration outcomes.
Why We Operate This Way
EFI ALCHEMY prioritizes safety, process, and verification over speed or convenience.
This approach ensures clarity, accountability, and respect for both the vehicle and the customer.
